We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our client’s dynamic team. In this role, you’ll oversee the roadmap for Swap, Protocol, and management applications, ensuring a streamlined and impactful approach to product development. You’ll collaborate with data science and strategy teams to prioritize features, gather requirements, craft wireframes, and coordinate cross-functional workflows. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in integrating and improving business processes, making strategic product decisions based on market and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage both short and long-term product roadmaps across multiple applications.
• Gather and refine requirements, create specs, and develop wireframes and workflows.
• Translate business needs into detailed product requirements and specifications.
• Partner with other DeFi protocols for system integration and process improvements.
• Conduct retrospective and prospective product evaluations to guide decisions.
• Educate new team members on product functionality and upcoming features.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Physics, Psychology, or Math (Master’s preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in product management or product marketing in Web2 or enterprise tech.
• Background in product design, software development, or interaction design.
• Data-driven mindset, with the ability to make decisions even in uncertain situations.
• Experience or strong interest in crypto/DeFi sectors.
• Proficiency in Figma, Slack, Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
• Familiarity with SQL and Python is a plus.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
