We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Head of Growth to join our client, a leading project in the Web3 space. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive user growth strategies, with a focus on achieving rapid and sustainable user acquisition. You will oversee the creation and execution of targeted marketing campaigns across multiple channels, continuously optimizing strategies to meet the project’s evolving goals.

In this role, you will closely monitor market trends, hot topics, and the latest growth strategies to ensure alignment with the company’s objectives. Collaboration with the operations and tech teams is essential to ensure the seamless execution of growth initiatives. Additionally, you will analyze user behavior to design strategies that enhance user acquisition, conversion, and retention.

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of achieving significant user growth, particularly within the Telegram ecosystem, and over 2 years of experience in a growth-focused role in Web3. A strong presence on Telegram and Twitter, along with the ability to quickly adapt to market changes, will be critical to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive user growth strategies, creating and executing marketing campaigns across various channels.
• Monitor market trends, emerging topics, and new growth strategies to continuously optimize user acquisition.
• Collaborate with operations and tech teams to ensure seamless execution of growth initiatives and achieve user acquisition targets.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of user behavior and design strategies to improve acquisition, conversion, and retention.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in rapidly achieving 5 million users within the Telegram ecosystem.
• 2+ years of experience in a growth-focused role within the Web3 industry.
• Strong market sensitivity, with an active presence on platforms like Telegram and Twitter.
• Bachelor's degree or above, with proficiency in English as a working language.
• Ability to analyze user data and translate insights into actionable growth strategies.
• Collaborative mindset, with experience working closely with operations and tech teams.
