Role Description:

We are seeking an experienced Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to join our client, a rapidly growing project in the Layer 1/Layer 2 ecosystem. The CMO will oversee the marketing and business development teams, drive growth strategies, and manage key partnerships. This role will play a vital part in expanding the project’s visibility across various media outlets, KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders), and industry stakeholders.

The CMO will represent the project at both online and offline events, delivering speeches and expanding partnerships to boost the project's recognition in the market. You will need to have a strong understanding of how to scale projects, particularly within the Telegram or TON ecosystem, and have a proven track record of launching successful projects that have attracted millions of users.

The ideal candidate will possess strong bilingual communication skills (English and Russian), a solid network within the CIS region, and experience working on high-impact projects within the Web3 and Layer 1/Layer 2 ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the marketing and business development teams, creating and executing growth strategies.
• Manage partnerships and expand resources with key stakeholders, including projects, KOLs, media, and other partners.
• Represent the project at various industry events, both online and offline, and deliver presentations to enhance the project's visibility.
• Expand partnerships and increase brand awareness within the Telegram, TON, and broader Layer 1/Layer 2 ecosystems.
• Drive marketing campaigns aimed at scaling the project from the ground up and attracting millions of users.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Fluency in both English and Russian, with strong bilingual communication and presentation skills.
• Proven track record of scaling projects from 0 to 1, and from 1 to 100, with a focus on the Telegram or TON ecosystem.
• Deep understanding of Telegram’s operational mechanics.
• Established network of project or KOL resources within the CIS region and the TON ecosystem.
• Experience launching successful projects in the Web3, Layer 1, or Layer 2 ecosystems.
• Willingness to travel for conferences and events.

Nice to Have:

• Graduates from top institutions or candidates with experience working on high-profile projects are preferred.
